Lessons from 23 Years and 2 Exits: Why I’m focused on Future Heroes

23 Years, 2 Acquisitions, and the "Safe Pair of Hands" Philosophy.
Last week marked the official end of my 6-month freelance handover with e-Comas following the acquisition of my business 2tech Ltd. It is a moment to reflect on a 23-year journey—from launching Dynamic Frames in the UK in 2011 to facilitating the successful sale of ZeroWater in 2022.
In an industry that often feels ruthless, I’m proud to have done it all without being an asshole. The flowers from a new client and the card from my former team (pictured) are proof that high-growth results and human integrity can coexist.
Now, I’m turning my full attention to Future Heroes.
Most $100M+ US brands view the UK as "US-Lite," only to see their expansion stall within 18 months. I am stepping in as the Architect for these brands—providing the infrastructure, the "Gold Standard" partner network, and the omnichannel strategy needed to move beyond the "Amazon-Only" trap.
The handover is done. The blueprint is ready. Let’s launch. 🚀
Now that I've closed the chapter on my previous exits, I'm focusing entirely on helping the next generation of brands navigate the UK. Read the US-to-UK Blueprint here: https://futureheroes.co/blogs/news/the-us-to-uk-blueprint-why-100m-brands-stall-in-europe-and-how-to-launch-with-certainty
